Services and scope
EasyCreate provides website design, setup, hosting, maintenance, and related services described in a written quote or agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and materials you have the right to use. Delivery timelines begin after required materials are received.
Pricing and payment
Website projects start at $99. Final pricing, payment timing, recurring fees, and included revisions are stated in your quote. Third-party costs such as domain registrations or paid services may be separate.
Revisions and ongoing updates
Pre-launch revisions and post-launch updates are limited to the scope stated in your quote or care plan. Ongoing care includes up to 2 small content updates per month when that plan is purchased. Unused updates do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
Hosting and availability
We take reasonable steps to keep hosted websites secure and available, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside our control may affect availability.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to the content and materials you provide. Rights to final website files, custom work, and transfers are governed by your written quote or agreement. Third-party software, fonts, images, and services remain subject to their own licenses.
Cancellation and liability
Cancellation, refunds, and service termination follow the terms in your quote or agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyCreate is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, search ranking changes, or third-party service failures.
